Non-uniform day ...

I realised as I completed my chauferring duties this morning that it must be a non-uniform day at the local secondary school. Hordes of teenagers walking along without their black uniform trousers on - they ALL had blue jeans on instead ... don't they realise that they've swopped one uniform for another

Praise the Lord for Mums!
We had a long whinge on the phone today about the NHS (her problems) and the LEA (my problems) ... none of which have gone away but life seems brighter
(Note to self - make sure it's Mum's phone bill next time!!!!
